OP08 Two Legends Pop Report (2026): PSA 10 Population for Every Chase Card
On this page
There are 9,342 PSA 10 OP08 Two Legends chase cards in existence across the 24 English printings with resolved population chains — and this page lists every one of them: the exact PSA 10 population of every OP08 chase variant (alt arts, the Manga Rayleigh, the Kaido & Linlin SEC, and the base rares), with the gem-mint price next to each count. PSA's own population report sits behind a login; ours is free and refreshed monthly. One Piece populations work nothing like vintage Pokémon's — this is a four-year-old market where the census is still being written — so read this next to the OP08 price guide and the pop-report explainer, and see what the complete OP08 chase set costs for the price side of the same data.
How Many PSA 10 OP08 Two Legends Cards Exist?
9,342 PSA 10s across the 24 tracked English chase printings with exact GemRate chains, from 10,637 total PSA gradings. (3 of 27tracked printings have no resolved chain yet — including the set's two most expensive cards — those are omitted from the census below rather than guessed at, and Japanese printings are excluded throughout.) The table is the census, scarcest first — and the top of this list isn't the expensive alt arts. It's the base rares nobody bothers to grade.
Base or Alt Art: Which OP08 Variant Is Rarer in PSA 10?
The base version, on four of the five pairs we track — but not on all five. The alt art is the version collectors grade, so its population usually dwarfs the base card's: Alt Art Charlotte Pudding sits at pop 755 against just 31 for the base rare — a 24× gap — with Alt Art Edward Newgate at 238 against 66 and Alt Art Charlotte Linlin at 209 against 55. Even the Nami pair leans the same way, 1,184 to 901. Then Rayleigh breaks the pattern: the base printing out-pops its own alt art, 934 to 506 — the one OP08 card whose plain version people actually grade, with the $840 Manga Rare pulling every Rayleigh printing toward the grading queue. The census lesson is the same one vintage Pokémon teaches with 1st Edition stamps: the version worth grading gets graded, and the plain printing quietly becomes the scarce one — but the base rares still trade for a fraction of the alt-art price, so the census and the price tags point in opposite directions.
How Many PSA 10 Alt Art Namis Are There?
1,184 PSA 10s, from 1,341 total gradings — an 88.3% gem rate on the most-graded card in the set. Here is its complete PSA pyramid, every grade with real counts:
Modern print quality means the pyramid is top-heavy — most submissions gem. What the pyramid cannot show is the set's true grail: the OP08-118 Silvers Rayleigh Manga Rare trades at $840 but is one of the 3 tracked printings with no resolved GemRate chain, so it is omitted from this census rather than guessed at. The most expensive OP08 card with an exact count is the Alt Art Chopper — pop 942 from 1,062 gradings:

What Is the Rarest OP08 Card in PSA 10?
Two Legends Pedro (OP08-030), at pop 4 — trading at $13. Only 4 gradings have ever been attempted, and every one of them gemmed; at that price, almost nobody pays PSA to slab one. Two Legends Charlotte Pudding (pop 31) and Two Legends Kaido (pop 44) follow. Every card at the top of the census is a base printing — supply that stayed raw because the market never told anyone to slab it. Whether that scarcity ever gets priced depends entirely on demand finding it; in a four-year-old market, that is a genuine open question, not a guarantee.
Which OP08 Cards Are Hardest to Gem?
One Piece cards gem at rates vintage collectors wouldn't recognize — most OP08 alt arts clear 85–90% going straight from pack to sleeve to submission. The interesting tail is the other end: the printings that actually got shuffled. In OP08 that means the playable base rares — the copies that lived in deckboxes before anyone thought to grade them:
| # | Card | Gem rate | PSA 10s / total graded | PSA 10 price | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | OP08-106 Two Legends SR Nami | 81.8% | 901 / 1,102 | $80 | |
| 2 | OP08-043 Edward Newgate — Alt Art | 84.4% | 238 / 282 | $41 | |
| 3 | OP08-119 Kaido & Linlin — SEC | 85.2% | 398 / 467 | $25 | |
| 4 | OP08-119 Two Legends Kaido & Linlin | 85.2% | 398 / 467 | $36 | |
| 5 | OP08-118 Silvers Rayleigh — Alt Art | 86.2% | 506 / 587 | $40 | |
| 6 | OP08-118 Two Legends Silvers Rayleigh | 87.1% | 934 / 1,072 | $32 | |
| 7 | OP08-106 Nami — Alt Art | 88.3% | 1,184 / 1,341 | $98 | |
| 8 | OP08-074 Black Maria — Alt Art | 88.6% | 242 / 273 | $20 |
Is OP08 Scarcity Priced In?
Barely at all — and that is the honest headline of this page. Price divided by PSA 10 population is what the market pays per unit of gem supply:
| Card | PSA 10 price | PSA 10 pop | Price per pop unit |
|---|---|---|---|
| OP08-030 Two Legends Pedro | $13 | 4 | $3.25 |
| OP08-058 Two Legends Charlotte Pudding | $16 | 31 | $0.52 |
| OP08-001 Tony Tony Chopper — Alt Art | $199 | 942 | $0.21 |
| OP08-002 Marco — Alt Art | $39 | 481 | $0.08 |
| OP08-021 Carrot — Alt Art | $38 | 477 | $0.08 |
| OP08-043 Edward Newgate — Alt Art | $41 | 238 | $0.17 |
The whole set tops out around $3per unit of supply — vintage WOTC cards clear thousands per pop unit. Two readings: One Piece gems are cheap relative to their census, or vintage attention hasn't arrived yet and may never arrive at vintage scale. This market is four years old and has never traded through a downturn — both readings deserve weight. The cross-set comparison lives in the One Piece investing pillar.
OP08 Pop Report FAQ
How many PSA 10 Alt Art Namis are there?
1,184 as of the July 2026 GemRate chain, from 1,341 gradings — an 88.3% gem rate.
What is the rarest OP08 card in PSA 10?
The Two Legends Pedro at pop 4. The top of the OP08 census is all base printings — the cards nobody grades — not the expensive alt arts.
Is this pop report free?
Yes. PSA's official population report requires an account login; this census is free, exact where GemRate chains resolve, English printings only, and refreshed monthly.
Do OP08 pop counts change?
Faster than any vintage set — new submissions gem at 85%+ and print runs are recent, so supply grows every month. We snapshot populations monthly; a card whose price holds while its pop climbs is demonstrating real demand.
Trade the census: the One Piece index prices the market daily, the OP08 chase-set bill prices this exact list, and the live deal feed is where underpriced supply surfaces.
