OP10 Royal Blood Pop Report (2026): PSA 10 Population for Every Chase Card
On this page
There are 10,153 PSA 10 OP10 Royal Blood chase cards in existence across the 21 English printings with resolved population chains — and this page lists every one of them: the exact PSA 10 population of every OP10 chase variant (alt arts, mangas, SECs, SPs, base rares), with the gem-mint price next to each count. PSA's own population report sits behind a login; ours is free and refreshed monthly. One Piece populations work nothing like vintage Pokémon's — this is a four-year-old market and OP10 is a 2025 set whose census is still being written — so read this next to the OP10 price guide and the pop-report explainer, and see what the complete OP10 chase set costs for the price side of the same data.
How Many PSA 10 OP10 Royal Blood Cards Exist?
10,153 PSA 10s across the 21 tracked English chase printings with exact GemRate chains, from 11,539 total PSA gradings. (3 of 24tracked printings have no resolved chain yet — including the Trafalgar Law Manga Rare, the set's most expensive card — those are omitted from the census below rather than guessed at, and Japanese printings are excluded throughout.) The table is the census, scarcest first — and the top of the list isn't the expensive alt arts. It's the plain SR printings nobody bothers to grade.
Base or Alt Art: Which OP10 Variant Is Rarer in PSA 10?
Statistically neither — OP10 breaks the OP01 pattern. In OP01 the base leaders sit at a fraction of the alt arts' populations because nobody grades them; in OP10 the base printings of the chase numbers get slabbed almost as heavily as the alt arts themselves. Base Luffy (OP10-118) sits at pop 1,374 against 1,382 for the alt art — a dead heat — and base Law (OP10-119) at 611 against 699 for its alt art. The census is nearly tied; the prices are not: the Alt Art Luffy trades at $250 against $25for the base card with essentially the same gem count. In a 2025 set, everything goes straight from pack to submission — the scarcity accident that made OP01's base leaders rare never happened here.

How Many PSA 10 Alt Art Divine Departures Are There?
1,793 PSA 10s, from 2,051 total gradings — a 87.4% gem rate on the set's most-graded card. (The set's most expensive card, the Trafalgar Law Manga Rare, has no resolved chain yet, so Divine Departure is where the census runs deepest.) Here is its complete PSA pyramid, every grade with real counts:
Modern print quality means the pyramid is top-heavy — most submissions gem. What moves the price is demand against that visible, growing supply:

What Is the Rarest OP10 Card in PSA 10?
Kyros — SR (OP10-046), at pop 15 — trading at $33. Kuzan — SR (pop 25) and Franky — Alt Art (pop 96) follow. The top of the census is plain SR printings and low-attention alt arts — supply that stayed raw because the market never told anyone to slab it. Whether that scarcity ever gets priced depends entirely on demand finding it; in a four-year-old market, that is a genuine open question, not a guarantee.
Which OP10 Cards Are Hardest to Gem?
One Piece cards gem at rates vintage collectors wouldn't recognize — 85–90% is normal for an alt art that goes straight from pack to sleeve to submission. The interesting tail is the other end: the printings that gem in the low 80s, where centering and handling actually cost submissions the grade. Those show up in the census as the set's only genuinely hard gems:
| # | Card | Gem rate | PSA 10s / total graded | PSA 10 price | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | OP10-118 Monkey D. Luffy — Alt Art | 82.8% | 1,382 / 1,669 | $250 | |
| 2 | OP10-030 Smoker — Alt Art | 83.4% | 251 / 301 | $35 | |
| 3 | OP10-072 Donquixote Rosinante — Alt Art | 84.6% | 192 / 227 | $41 | |
| 4 | OP10-090 Franky — Alt Art | 85.0% | 96 / 113 | $27 | |
| 5 | OP10-058 Rebecca — Alt Art | 85.4% | 463 / 542 | $34 | |
| 6 | OP10-111 Monkey D. Luffy — Alt Art | 85.9% | 434 / 505 | $86 | |
| 7 | OP10-019 Divine Departure — Alt Art | 87.4% | 1,793 / 2,051 | $201 | |
| 8 | OP10-067 Senor Pink — Alt Art | 87.4% | 104 / 119 | $18 |
Is OP10 Scarcity Priced In?
Barely at all — and that is the honest headline of this page. Price divided by PSA 10 population is what the market pays per unit of gem supply:
| Card | PSA 10 price | PSA 10 pop | Price per pop unit |
|---|---|---|---|
| OP10-046 Kyros — SR | $33 | 15 | $2.20 |
| OP10-082 Kuzan — SR | $33 | 25 | $1.32 |
| OP10-001 Smoker — Alt Art | $59 | 341 | $0.17 |
| OP10-002 Caesar Clown — Alt Art | $24 | 260 | $0.09 |
| OP10-016 Monet — Alt Art | $19 | 135 | $0.14 |
| OP10-019 Divine Departure — Alt Art | $201 | 1793 | $0.11 |
The whole set tops out around $2per unit of supply — vintage WOTC cards clear thousands per pop unit. Two readings: One Piece gems are cheap relative to their census, or vintage attention hasn't arrived yet and may never arrive at vintage scale. This market is four years old and has never traded through a downturn — both readings deserve weight. The cross-set comparison lives in the One Piece investing pillar.
OP10 Pop Report FAQ
How many PSA 10 Alt Art Divine Departures are there?
1,793 as of the July 2026 GemRate chain, from 2,051 gradings — a 87.4% gem rate.
What is the rarest OP10 card in PSA 10?
The Kyros — SR at pop 15. The top of the OP10 census is plain SR printings and low-attention alt arts — the cards nobody grades — not the expensive chase variants.
Is this pop report free?
Yes. PSA's official population report requires an account login; this census is free, exact where GemRate chains resolve, English printings only, and refreshed monthly.
Do OP10 pop counts change?
Faster than any vintage set — new submissions gem at 80%+ and the print run is from 2025, so supply grows every month. We snapshot populations monthly; a card whose price holds while its pop climbs is demonstrating real demand.
Trade the census: the One Piece index prices the market daily, the OP10 chase-set bill prices this exact list, and the live deal feed is where underpriced supply surfaces.
