No one can say exactly — the Sabo Manga Rare (OP04-083) has no resolved PSA population chain yet, so this census omits it rather than print a guess. It isn't alone: 10 of the 25 tracked OP04 printings are unresolved, and in this set the unresolved list is the top of the price bill — the $1,140 Sabo Manga Rare, the $630 Sabo Alt Art, the $438 Ms. All Sunday SP, the $168 Kaido Alt Art, and the $165Vivi SEC are all uncounted. That inverts the usual shape of a pop report: OP04's census is precise about the cheap middle of the market and silent about its grails. Every card at the top of the census is an event promo, a base super rare, or a villain alt art cheap enough that the market never told anyone to slab it — supply that stayed raw out of apathy, not scarcity of the card itself. Whether that scarcity ever gets priced depends entirely on demand finding it; in a four-year-old market, that is a genuine open question, not a guarantee.
